Background
Scott Bullock is a veteran consumer marketing expert with twenty-six years of experience in Canada and the United States. He has worked on trade titles like Publisher’s Weekly, Library Journal, School Library Journal and Small Press magazines in New York.
Scott was the Director of Consumer Marketing on major city magazines such as D Magazine in Dallas, and Toronto Life, as well as Fashion magazine and Canadian Art. From 2000 to 2004 Scott was a Partner at Coast to Coast Newsstand Services.
Today, besides running Circ3, Scott is a regular contributor to Masthead Magazine and teaches the Magazine Marketing class at Ryerson University.
Professional Recognition
In 2003, Scott was named Magazine Marketer of the Year by the Circulation Management Association of Canada, in recognition of his leadership and achievements in the circulation profession. Scott has also been recognized both in Canada and the United States for his work producing industry-leading, subscription-building creative:

Service & Leadership
Service and Leadership have always been two hallmarks of Scott’s approach to the Circulation profession. Scott was the first two-time President of the CMC. Under his leadership the CMC created the ACE Awards, the annual Connoisseur Club Party at Mags University, the Magazine Marketer of the Year Award and the two annual social events.
Scott also worked behind the scenes with Masthead and HDS Retail to help create the National Newsstand Awards at Mags University. He has also served as a judge for the event.
